How GABA, rabies vaccine, antibiotics and abruptly stopping Propranolol worsen my mitral valve prolapse

Before a few years, I'm treating my neck issue but got a chest pain while taking Pregabalin (a Gamma-AminoButyric Acid analogue) and Trilaxant prescribed by neurologist Esteban A. Pasol (San Juan de Dios Hospital (Pasay)). I had no side effect upon taking Trilaxant alone before.

Then he prescribed me Fluoxetine but later had a lower back pain side effect (don't know if I just had eaten contaminated food), resulting for him to request me x-ray tests.

After a month, he said that the chest pain I'm experiencing is now an anxiety and I might need to consult psychiatrist or take his another prescription, and also told me that I thought the chest pain that I'd experienced before was serious.

Then I often consults cardiologist Gerry C. Tan (San Juan de Dios Hospital (Pasay)) since I sometimes experiencing chest pain. I also told him all about my previous doctor evaluation. He keeps repetitively requesting me blood tests, E.C.G. and chest x-ray again and again, one after another, every time I came back. He once joke that I'm losing my mind.

One time, I didn't know that I've a wound while hand-feeding an unvaccinated puppy, decided to search for anti-rabies to be safe and go to MetroHealth Family Clinic Animal Bite and Immunization Center, consults family physician Felicidad Clare S. Martinez and take post-exposure vaccination.

  1. On the dates 4, 7 and 11 of July, 2018, I started taking post-exposure vaccination with ERIG on July 7. On the first consultation, I told to Dr. Martinez about my Pregabalin chest pain side effect. Within those dates, she prescribed me antibiotics to treat my ear condition and sodium ascorbate 562.5mg (vitamin C).

  2. On Aug 3, 2018 the last vaccination day and I had to consult the doctor because I got a cyst on my right arm above the elbow. The doctor told me that it's a cyst and about it, prescribed me with Feel Good Lactium (Gamma-AminoButyric Acid) and Inderal (Propranolol) 10mg saying that my heartbeat is just somewhat quick.

  3. I soon experience chest pain a minute after the first time I take Feel Good Lactium (Gamma-AminoButyric Acid), I just ignored those believing that they are just caused by anxiety because on how my previous doctors evaluate me. I also sometimes felt stiffness on the center of my top abdomen. I stop taking it on the 6th day telling to myself that "I can't take it".

  4. Two days later, I still feel the pains, I now start taking Propranolol. I stop taking it on the 6th or 8th day following the option of the doctor, "if my feeling didn’t get well upon taking it within 5 days, you can stop it".

  5. On the following days, I experienced heart palpitation while I’m taking a bath, 2 times with 1 week gap, not exactly sure when.

I go back to cardiologist Gerry C. Tan (San Juan de Dios Hospital (Pasay)) because of a left side back pain that I'd experienced upon pooping, following with heart palpitation, got a little bit of dizzy, all while taking a bath. I also got pains on both of the very sides of my chest on the following days.

  1. Doctor prescribed me Inderal (Propranolol) 10mg, 2 times a day, saying "so that your heart rate is not too fast, because when heart beats fast, it may caused high blood. Your blood pressure is etc... If I were you, I will take it." and a unique request for a 2D echo.

  2. Returned to the doctor with the 2D echo result which (delayed) diagnose me to have "anterior Mitral Valve leaflet Prolapse". Then he prescribed me with Inderal (Propranolol) 10mg per day and Myonal 50mg 3 times a day.

As you see, some medications resulted me to make my heartbeat fast, specially when I abruptly stop taking Propranolol. I don't regret taking antibiotics for treating my ear condition even though I got a cyst that gives me stress. The problem was when a doctor prescribed me Feel Good Lactium as it's a Gamma-AminoButyric Acid which is a little bit similar to Pregabalin, even though I noted her about the chest pain side effect of Pregabalin on me, and the given option that I can stop taking Propranolol after 5 days, which resulted me to have chest pain and some stiffness on the center of my top abdomen. All of these leaded me to have Propranolol as my maintenance, that keeps irritating me until now. I don't know if it's really better for me to take Propranolol even this circumstance didn't happen.

  • Few things that I've noticed, I start noticing some problem with hemorrhoids, I believe, after this circumstance occurs.

  • And I became too pale when someone provoked me to a fight, followed by an uncomfortable feelings on my neck like it's being taped. I'm just previously very shaky before when a same situation occurs.

  • And an uncomfortable feelings on my chest to thyroid, when I lifted up a huge thing for a minute, not sure if this was happening on me before, but sometimes I'm not feeling well after I lifted huge things.

  • Sometime having a quick heartbeat when I woke up after I slept late last night.

And unfortunately, a whole abdomen ultrasound procedure on San Juan de Dios Hospital (Pasay, Philippines) followed by carelessly-prescribed medicines that I'll going to take, will going to harm me that's why I develop a serious disease.
